This guided breathing practice is an active breath meditation with music and words that will guide you into a deep connection to the wisdom hidden in your subtle energy body. When done regularly it will enhance your ability to access wisdom and guidance from your True Nature. The practice uses circular breathing, in through the nose and out through the mouth without a pause in between. The music takes you into seven centers moving up from the base of the spine and ending just above the crown of the head. After each center, there is a short pause to receive information from that center. At the end of the meditation, there will be space to integrate and allow all the messages to merge into one clear message that will support you to experience more love, freedom, abundance, and flow in your life.
